They&#8217;re not telling me anything new, but rather they&#8217;re there to remind me lessons I forgot.<\/p>\n<p>If you aren&#8217;t seeing your therapist any time soon, here&#8217;s a little check-list that helps me, and maybe could help you!:<br \/>\nMove: Stand up and go for a mental health walk outside \ud83c\udf43 or take out your stress on some heavy weights<br \/>\nConnect with Someone: When was the last time you reached out to someone who you love?<br \/>\nNourish: Have you eaten yet? When was the last time you drank some water?<\/p>\n<p>On a more serious note, September is #suicidepreventionmonth, so remember it&#8217;s okay to ask for help. Your mental health is important. There is support available.
